Chashew was alright . Just okay. I feel like the best tachew has to be winkee
Horrible flavor. Never had any of roasted duck like this taste, smells awful and skin is so tough, hard to chew, it also very fatty!
Awful place !! horrible service only spent 17$ but got up charged to 27$ because I wasn’t paying attention after I confronted him. He started arguing with me And Getting mad !! It’s not worth getting scam over $10
I been going here for awhile on my bike ever since my parents introduced me to this place and its my favorite spot for BBQ Roast Pork whenever I have the cravings for it. Usually I come here as early as possible before opening to hopefully if lucky to get the good fatty parts dripping which tends to be the bottom from what I've seen and received from a previous order not to long ago a week back on a weekday for this month. Add to which i'm more so on liking the fatty parts since it mixes very well with chili sauce and rice I have at home but I don't like the meat and bones...its tasty tho! its good! but just personally for me...I find the fat part is what makes it delicious at least for me so either way its all up to preference and taste for others but still the meat and bones is good if your into that especially the skin. TL;DR - Delicious BBQ Roast Pork Belly, Fat or Meat and Bones, Its still worth trying for either!
My friend and I ordered 2 pounds of bbq pork and asked the clerk to separate it into two containers. This should have cost us $20, the sign says $9.99 per pound. Total came out to $30! I don't know if we got charge for extra containers. I didn't get the itemized receipt! The pork was not bad. There wasn't a whole lot of people here either. This should be a red flag for me, but I ignored it! I'm not coming back, that's for sure!
My favorite Chinese BBQ spot but some times you come too late they will be out of rice so they can't sell you the Combo box. The meat are some of the best in town and it is not too salty The price here is still fair for the amount and the quality of the food. The price is still family run and the people here area very nice. It is such a hidden gem in this center.
Fantastic Chinese BBQ spot. They only roast baby pigs so the roast pork (especially the pork belly) is tender and flavorful. Chat siu & roast duck is excellent, and the two-item rice plates are still so affordable, $9.25! Prices are great compared to Sinh Sinh and Wing Kee, and its quality. Go early (before 1pm) for the best selection.
November trip brings us to HK BBQ for first time sampling. Received everything I asked for which was 1/2 a duck, small piece of roast pork (would have liked more fat though) and 2 ribs of roast pig. I thought prices were fair and meat was freshest I've seen. You can't go in expecting to buy by the pound, and expecting them to know you want lean vs fatty without first communicating. 1 inch or 1 rib can easily go over a lb from the pig and a piece of roast pork is never only a lb. Tastes are spot on without being too salty, and trek to the store was under 20 minutes. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because there were no chickens.
